i have a pair of jack dempsy's we just put them in a bigger tank, they were fine at first about the third day they lost their colour and are very pale almost white.
we have done a water change and checked the amonia level and its fine does any body have any idea's thank
my medication answer to almost everything is salt i might try that to see if it will relieve some of the stress that might be causing them to loose their colour. make sure its De-Ionized salt and add it at a rate of 1cup per 50g of water. this solution is safe for most aquatic critters and live plants.

it usualy can take a lil while for fish to get used to their new surroundings. It may have taken a few days for the physcical signs of stress to appear
